Tips to prepare for the podcast.

Amber tries to make the podcast a comfortable back and forth discussion. Like having coffee with a friend. 

  • Prepare your space, make it as comfortable as you can. It also helps to have a nice background and great       lighting. 

  • If you have any tips or tools that helped you we would love to hear them.

  • If you have animals make sure they have all they need so they don't bother you while on the podcast. 

  • If something should happen to disrupt the podcast, don't worry about it. Just go with the flow. You can even share what the distraction is, so listeners can understand and relate. 

  • If you're not used to zoom, you may want to get familiar with it and test your sound prior to our meeting.

  • If you are nervous doing the power stance or listening to a song that will pump you can help ease those nerves. My favorite go-to songs are "Shake It Off" by Taylor Swift, and "Confident" by Demi Lovato. Excitement and nervousness are the same reaction in the body. You can tell yourself you're excited, not nervous.
