Hello & Welcome

Grab your favorite drink and pull up a relaxing lounge chair or hop in a swaying hammock and chill on Hope Island. This is a place to escape to when you need a little hope. 

My name is Amber, and I am the author of Messages of Hope. I'll be your guide on this adventure. Let me start by telling you a little bit about the island. 


Messages of Hope was born out of a deep desire to inspire hope and positivity in the world. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can be to navigate the challenges of feeling lost and hopeless. Each time I needed to catch a wave of hope I would close my eyes and transport to a tranquil beach in Belize.  


My mission is to help individuals release limiting beliefs, connect to their natural gifts, and develop a greater sense of self-awareness. By doing so, individuals can align with their soul purpose and reawaken their power.

Think of hope like a rejuvenating vacation - a way to recharge and renew your energy to help you feel centered, even during tough times. I invite you to join the community to cultivate a positive mindset, find support, and unlock our full potential.

My passion is to inspire mindset shifts through the power of hope. I do this by focusing on three core pillars of mental wellness: awareness, acceptance, and acknowledgment. 

  • Awareness is about becoming more conscious of how you feel and taking the time to slow down and recognize what's happening within yourself. 

  • Acceptance involves processing your emotions, becoming the observer of your feelings, and choosing to stop the downward spiral of negativity by embracing hope. 

  • Acknowledgment is all about gratitude, truth, and appreciation - thanking the situation and your feelings for the lessons they teach you.
