Local Grass-fed Beef

Quality Grass-Fed Beef

When you choose our grass-fed beef, you're not just getting a product; you're supporting a sustainable farming practice that prioritizes animal welfare and environmental health. Whether you're looking for tender steaks, flavorful roasts, or ground beef, we ensure that each cut is tailored to your cooking needs.

At our homestead, Jeremiah and Amber have been dedicated to providing high-quality grass-fed beef for over 12 years. We believe that the best food comes from animals raised in a happy, healthy environment, which is why our cattle are exclusively fed grass and hay—never grains, hormones, or additives. Our approach allows our beef to thrive in open fields, where they can graze freely and enjoy a natural lifestyle. This not only promotes their well-being but also enhances the flavor and nutritional profile of the meat.

How it Works

How a Typical Order is Processed

  • Placing Your Order: Decide how much beef you’d like (quarter, half, or whole).

  • We will coordinate with our trusted butcher, Greenleaf Meats. The butcher will contact you to customize your order. You can select your preferred cuts and thicknesses to tailor your beef selection to your cooking style.

  • Payment and Pickup: You will pay us for the beef, and then settle the butcher processing fee with Greenleaf Meats when you pick up your order. Jeremiah will give you both totals (beef total and butcher total after the beef has been processed).

October 2024 Processing Schedule
