Many of us tend to forgive others freely. We can be very generous when it comes to forgiving other people. Yet when it comes to forgiving ourselves or releasing ourselves from guilt, shame or something disappointing that we've done. We are our biggest critic, we hold on to things for longer than we should. We need to just let it go and forgive ourselves and realize that these things that have happened in our life are all lessons and experiences that we can learn from. If you’re struggling, I encourage you to forgive yourself today! Tell yourself that you're worthy, you're enough, that you deserve to release this weight, that you love yourself, and that you forgive yourself.
